Art-Media is a film and video production company in Vienna. Since 1996 we have produced more than 1,200 corporate films, commercials, recruiting films, product videos and explainer videos for companies and institutions, from the first idea to the final cut. Our studio is in Vienna's 2nd district, ten minutes from Praterstern, with a second office in Graz. Concept, filming, editing, animation and colour grading are done by our own team with our own equipment. From concept
to finished film
1. Concept
Every project starts with a conversation in our Vienna office or by video call: who should watch the film, and what should happen afterwards? Within 24 hours you get a reply, followed by a free rough concept with a fixed price.
2. Production
Our production team plans locations, permits, casting and the shooting schedule. We film with our own crew and equipment: cinema cameras, lighting, sound, gimbal, crane and drone.
3. Post-production
Editing, animation, voice-over, music, colour grading and subtitles are done in our own post-production studio in Vienna. Two rounds of feedback are included, for the rough cut and the fine cut.
4. Distribution
You receive every format you need: 16:9 for your website and presentations, 9:16 and 1:1 for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. On request we plan and run the campaign and measure the results.
Filming
in Vienna
From a hospital helipad to the Prater, the Danube Canal or the square in front of the City Hall: we know where filming works in Vienna and what it takes.
Our production managers obtain filming permits, arrange parking for equipment vehicles and coordinate with building owners and security. Filming takes place where it should, on the agreed day.

Art-Media is certified by the Austrian Economic Chamber (WKO) as a Certified Austrian Filmproducer (CAFP), a quality label for production companies with at least five years of practice, the required trade licence and verified references.
Our films have won, among others, a Silver Dolphin in Cannes, the CIFFT Grand Prix as the world's best tourism film of 2010, the Golden Wave and Austria's State Prize for Business Films.
Managing director Paul Meschuh chairs the federal committee for educational, business and advertising film (Bundesausschuss Bildungs-, Wirtschafts- und Werbefilm) of the WKO.

Projects start at €5,000. A corporate film starts at €5,000, a recruiting film at €6,000 and a commercial at €9,000. Every quote is a fixed price, and the rough concept is free of charge.
Yes. Briefings, scripts, filming and feedback can all be in English. We deliver films with English subtitles or an English voice-over, and in other languages on request.

An explainer video takes around four weeks, a corporate film usually six to ten weeks from briefing to approval, and a commercial with casting eight to twelve weeks.
